WANTED: MOST INNOVATIVE EUROPEAN YOUNG FARMER
The European Council of Young Farmers, CEJA, has been launching
a competition, the Innovative Young Farmer Award 2008,
in order to find the most innovative young farmer in Europe.
Through this Europe-wide competition, CEJA wants to draw
attention to innovative farming projects that are sustainable
and competitive at the same time. CEJA had launched the
competition for the first time in 2006.
All CEJA member organisations can propose candidates for the
Innovative Young Farmer Award 2008. However, candidates can
not be older than 40 and the successful applicant will show that
he or she has found new ways to make their living in
agriculture, through a competitive, innovative and sustainable
approach. Candidates should combine entrepreneurship and
expectations from society in a way that creates as many positive
synergies as possible.
Please hand in the application form to your national young
farmer organisation until the 12th of September. An independent
European Jury will then evaluate the candidates in Brussels. The
winner will be awarded during the CEJA 50th birthday
celebrations on the 6th of November in Rome.
INNOVATIVSTER JUNGLANDWIRT EUROPAS GESUCHT
Der Europäische Rat der Junglandwirte, CEJA, sucht im Rahmen
eines Wettbewerbs den innovativsten Bauern für den europäischen
Innovative Young Farmer Award 2008. Mit dem europaweiten
Wettbewerb will CEJA innovative Landwirtschaftsprojekte, die
nachhaltig und wirtschaftlich zugleich sind, ins Licht der
Öffentlichkeit rücken. Erstmals hatte der Verband vor zwei
Jahren den „Innovativsten Junglandwirt Europas“ gekürt.
Jede Mitgliedorganisation von CEJA kann Anwärter auf den „Innovative
Young Farmer Award 2008“-Preis vorschlagen, wobei
Kandidaten für den Titel nicht älter als 40 Jahre sein dürfen.
Die größten Gewinnchancen haben Junglandwirte, die mit
wettbewerbsorientiertem Denken und nachhaltigem Handeln neue
Wege gefunden haben, um ihr Einkommen in der Landwirtschaft zu
erwirtschaften, die Unternehmertum und gesellschaftliche
Erwartungen in ihrer landswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit so
verknüpfen, dass möglichst viele positive Synergien entstehen.
Vorschläge sind bis zum 12. September einzureichen. Das
entsprechende Formular findet sich oben auf der Seite in
English; wir hoffen, bald weitere Sprachversionen zur Verfügung
stellen zu können. Eine europäische, unabhängige Jury trifft
eine Vorauswahl in Brüssel. Der Sieger wird im Rahmen der
Feierlichkeiten zum 50. CEJA-Jubiläum am 6. November in Rom
ausgezeichnet.
RECHERCHE : LE JEUNE AGRICULTEUR EUROPEEN LE PLUS INNOVANT
Le
Conseil Européen des Jeunes Agriculteurs, le CEJA, vient de
lancer un concours, le Prix du Jeune Agriculteur Innovant 2008,
afin de déterminer le jeune agriculteur le plus innovant en
Europe. A travers ce concours à échelle européenne, le CEJA
souhaite attirer l’attention sur des projets agricoles
innovants, qui sont durables et compétitifs à la fois. Le CEJA
avait déjà organisé une telle compétition pour la première fois
en 2006.
Tous les membres du CEJA peuvent proposer des candidats pour le
Prix du Jeune Agriculteur Innovant 2008. Cependant, les
candidats ne doivent pas avoir plus de 40 ans, et le (la)
candidat(e) primé(e) devra montrer qu’il (elle) a trouvé une
nouvelle façon de vivre de l’agriculture, à travers une approche
compétitive, innovante et durable. Les candidats doivent
combiner des qualités entrepreneuriales avec les attentes de la
société, de façon à créer le plus de synergies positives
possibles.
Veuillez s’il vous plaît transmettre le formulaire de
candidature à votre organisation nationale de jeunes
agriculteurs jusqu’au 12 septembre. Un jury européen indépendant
évaluera ensuite les différentes candidatures à Bruxelles. Le
(la) gagnant(e) sera récompensé(e) durant les célébrations du 50ième
anniversaire du CEJA le 6 novembre à Rome.
